 I'd like to be able to send messages to members...

AND the site will not let me change my avatar. I can delete it, but if I try to upload a new pic, it reverts to my old one. 

I've attached the one I wanted to use.

The delay is due to site caching to cut processor load, since there's only six of us I can probably turn that off.   I'll look into adding PMs if that's what you mean .
